Another Slow Food year has passed and your Committee invites all Members to attend our Annual General Meeting for 2025.
We will meet at Silica Restaurant, 72 Manning Street, Kiama at
5.30 pm on Wednesday 29 October.
The AGM will be followed by our annual celebration dinner at 6.30pm – A Taste of Country: Celebrating Native Flavours the Slow Food Way.
Details of the menu will depend on the availability of seasonal food closer to the time. If you have dietary issues please advise.
We will share a welcome drink with canapés, followed by the Native Flavour Feast, with seasonal fish and meats and accompanying sides and dessert.
You will purchase your own drinks with dinner.
When: Wednesday 29 October – AGM at 5.30pm, dinner at 6.30pm

Cost: Slow Food Members $90, non Members and friends $100 (please pay the correct amount for your category)

All members are welcome even if you are not attending the AGM.
Annual General Meeting Information
All Slow Food Saddleback Committee positions will be declared vacant, and an election of new Committee members will be held on the night if necessary.
Our Constitution requires us to have 7 Committee Members in total.
Please note that your Committee has worked hard in voluntary positions for some years, and new Members are eagerly sought.
The Committee positions of Leader, Treasurer and Secretary will be elected at the first Committee meeting following the AGM, not at the AGM as previously advised.
Nominations for the Committee need to be presented on the Nomination Form available here.
You are encouraged to self nominate if you would like to be part of this important organisation.
We need people with organisational skills, and a bit of time on their hands!
